Calciner

The fuel-fired vessel between preheater and kiln where most limestone calcination is completed. ETR designs extensions and top-stage modifications to add capacity, enable alternative-fuel firing and improve specific fuel consumption.

Rotary kiln & components

The kiln forms clinker at 1400 to 1500 degrees C. ETR engineers reliability and safety upgrades and supplies shell, tyres, support and thrust rollers, girth gear and pinion, seals and drive components, including reverse-engineered spares for legacy kilns.

Clinker cooler & AQC duct

The cooler rapidly cools clinker and recovers secondary air to the kiln and tertiary air to the calciner. ETR modifies coolers and redesigns air-quench-cooler ducts to resolve recurring failures from improper expansion-joint and support placement.
